Privacy Policy
Keypad calculations, spoken playback, and calculation history work on your device. If you choose voice input and give consent, microphone audio is sent to Tencent Cloud for recognition. Declining does not affect keypad calculations.
1. Who operates the app and what we process
Guangzhou Jiacheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) provides the app. You can contact us below about privacy or to exercise your rights. The app does not offer account registration or phone-number sign-in and does not require a phone number for basic calculations.
Calculations and settings on your device
The app processes keypad input and results on your device. If you use history, it stores expressions, results, and update times locally. You can delete entries or clear all history in the History screen. Spoken playback uses audio files bundled with the app; it does not upload expressions or results for playback. Speech language, playback, haptic, and voice-consent settings are stored on your device.
Tencent Cloud speech recognition
After you choose voice input and consent to cloud recognition, the app requests microphone permission and uses the Tencent Cloud Speech Recognition SDK (Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to upload audio and recognize your spoken calculation. If you enable “Auto-start voice mode” in Settings, entering or returning to the calculator screen may automatically start recording and upload audio for recognition while Plus access is active and the consent and permission described above have been granted. You can turn this option off in Settings. The app extracts only numbers and operators from the returned text for calculation; this filtering happens after the audio is uploaded. Audio may include other things you say, so avoid speaking personal information you do not want to send. Voice input needs microphone access and a network connection. If you decline or withdraw consent, voice input will stop working; keypad calculations remain available. Subscriptions, purchase verification, and app integrity
When online, the app requests service settings and available subscription plans from jiacheng.center, sending the app interface language. To verify the app and purchases, it sends Apple App Attest key identifiers, attestations, and verification data to easyjava.online for session credentials, and sends the App Store receipt and app identifier there for purchase verification. The receipt may contain subscription transaction information. Apple processes App Store payments; the app does not collect your card number. These requests may occur when the app comes online, when you purchase, or when you restore a purchase, even if you have not submitted feedback. Network or verification failures may affect subscription status updates and restoration of Plus access. Basic keypad calculations can be used locally.
Feedback
If you submit an issue through Settings → Feedback, the app sends your message, any contact details you choose to enter, the app version, interface language, submission time, and feedback reference number to jiacheng.center. These records are stored in Alibaba Cloud Table Store (Hangzhou, Chinese mainland) to handle and respond to your issue. Contact details are optional; without them, we may be unable to reply directly. Feedback is not required to use the calculator.
2. Permissions and service providers
The app requests microphone permission only when you use voice input. You can turn it off in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Speech recognition, subscription verification, and sending feedback require an internet connection. Network prompts and restrictions depend on your device and system settings. Tencent Cloud processes voice audio; Apple processes App Store payments and app integrity data; our jiacheng.center and easyjava.online services and Alibaba Cloud Table Store process the requests described above. We do not sell your personal information for ad targeting. We provide data to others only as needed for these features, with your further consent, or as required by law.
3. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Calculation history remains on your device until you delete or clear it in the History screen or uninstall the app. Preferences remain until you change them or uninstall the app. System backups may contain additional copies, managed by you or Apple. Feedback you submit and associated information are kept in the Table Store we use for no more than 180 days from submission. If the purpose is completed sooner or you request deletion, we will review and handle it under applicable law. Service requests may produce technical logs for security investigations. Their actual retention period depends on server configuration; you can ask us about them or request deletion using the method below. Apple, Tencent Cloud, and other providers handle data they receive under their policies and applicable law. Deleting local history does not automatically remove data previously sent to those providers.
You can delete local history in the History screen, withdraw cloud speech consent under Settings → Withdraw cloud speech consent, and turn off microphone access in iPhone Settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed beforehand. To request access, correction, or deletion of feedback and records we control, or to raise a privacy concern, use Settings → Feedback or email majianning@jiacheng.center. We may need the message content, submission time, or contact details you provided to locate your feedback. Please do not send identity documents unless necessary. We will review and respond under applicable law.
4. Children, locations, and security
The app is for a general audience. Users under 18 should use it with a guardian’s guidance. We do not offer services specifically for children under 14 or intentionally collect their identity information. A guardian can contact us if they believe we processed a child’s personal information.
Calculation history is primarily stored on your device. Our jiacheng.center and easyjava.online services and the Tencent Cloud speech recognition service we use process the related data in the Chinese mainland; feedback is stored in Alibaba Cloud Table Store's Hangzhou instance in the Chinese mainland. Apple handles App Store payment and App Attest data under its privacy policy; its processing locations are outside the scope of the preceding statement about mainland services. If we need to transfer personal information we process outside the Chinese mainland in the future, we will provide any additional notice and take other steps required by applicable law. We apply appropriate access controls and transport protections, and will handle and notify affected users of data incidents as required by law.
5. Changes and contact
