Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Guangzhou Jiacheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) and govern your use of the Voice Calculator iOS app. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. What the app provides
The app provides keypad calculations, calculation history, and optional voice features. Voice input sends audio to Tencent Cloud for recognition and needs a network connection, microphone permission, and your consent. Spoken playback uses audio files bundled with the app. Recognition and calculation results can be inaccurate; check results before relying on them for payments, financial decisions, or other important matters.
You can delete calculation records in the History screen. Save any results you need before stopping use or uninstalling the app. Basic keypad calculations do not require an account. The app is currently available for iOS only.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you control. You must comply with applicable law and must not compromise service security or access services without authorization. This license does not restrict rights granted to you by applicable law.
3. Plus and auto-renewing subscriptions
The app currently offers weekly and monthly subscriptions. Plus includes voice input and spoken playback. Basic keypad calculations are free. Before purchase, the app displays the local price and renewal interval obtained from the App Store, and any free trial configured for the product. Apple’s purchase confirmation determines your trial eligibility and the amount charged for this purchase. Apple bills subscriptions through your Apple Account. Your subscription automatically renews at the selected interval until canceled. If you receive a trial subscription, it automatically renews at the price and interval shown at purchase unless you cancel. If you do not want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. After canceling, paid access usually continues until the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions before the next charge. Uninstalling the app or withdrawing microphone permission does not cancel a subscription. Use Settings → Restore purchases in the app to restore verifiable access. For a refund, use Apple’s refund request process; eligibility depends on the applicable rules and Apple’s decision. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
4. Data and service providers
We process voice audio, calculation history, feedback, and purchase verification data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Tencent Cloud provides cloud speech recognition. Apple provides App Store billing and app integrity verification. You may decline or withdraw voice consent and continue to use basic keypad calculations.
5. Service and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the app and services. Network, device, or service-provider failures may affect speech recognition, purchase verification, or other connected features. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to features, prices, or these terms. Nothing here excludes your consumer rights or any responsibility we cannot lawfully exclude.
6. Children and contact
Users under 18 should use the app with a guardian’s guidance. For information about children under 14, see the Privacy Policy and contact us as a guardian if needed.
