ChatGCM Terms of Use

These Terms are between you and Guangzhou Jiacheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”) for use of ChatGCM. Contact us at majianning@jiacheng.center. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Service and license

ChatGCM offers AI features for text, images, files, roles, creative scenes, and realtime voice. Available features depend on your app version, available models, and the purchase screen. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on compatible devices you lawfully control. You may use the service for personal learning, ordinary work, and lawful commercial creative work. You may not resell the app itself, impersonate others, access the service without authorization, or interfere with it. The relevant rights holders retain rights in the app's software, marks, and interface.

The current app does not offer phone-number account registration or sign-in. Requests about a legacy account or its data can be made using the contact details below.

2. Your content and AI output

You retain whatever rights you have in text, images, files, and other content you submit and confirm that you have the right to provide it. To fulfill a request you initiate, you permit us to transmit and process that content, and to store it and provide it to service providers for the purposes, retention periods, and deletion rules described in the Privacy Policy. You may use AI output, including for lawful commercial purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and relevant model terms. These Terms do not assign all rights in your input or AI output to us.

AI output can contain errors, omissions, or material unsuitable for a particular context. Check sources and seek suitable professional advice before making important medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. We remain responsible where applicable law or these Terms make us responsible. This notice does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, malware distribution, API abuse, bypassing access controls, or interference with the service. Where there is a reasonable basis, we may take necessary and proportionate steps in response to unlawful conduct or a breach of these Terms and provide explanations or appeal channels when required by law. Any legally required disclosure to authorities follows legal process.

4. Plus purchases and auto-renewal

The app may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing Plus subscriptions and a one-time Permanent Plus purchase. The products, price, offers, benefits, and term available to you are shown on the App Store confirmation screen before purchase. Permanent Plus does not renew automatically; it provides the entitlement associated with that purchase while the service continues to operate. It is not a promise that the app or a specific model will operate forever. If the service materially changes, we will handle existing purchases as required by applicable law.

Apple bills auto-renewing subscriptions to your Apple Account for the selected period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid period. The precise billing time and any trial offer follow the Apple purchase screen and applicable Apple rules. Restore Purchases is available in the app's Settings.

To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple reviews eligibility under its applicable rules. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights you have under law. Canceling future renewals and requesting a refund for a past charge are separate actions.

5. Providers, changes, and responsibility

AI features may rely on third-party models, cloud storage, and Apple's purchase services. We explain data processing in our Privacy Policy and remain responsible for our own conduct where required by law. A provider's service may be interrupted, restricted, or changed. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service and provide a way to report problems. Consequences of force majeure permitted by law or your own conduct are allocated under applicable law; these Terms do not exclude all losses or remove your legal rights.

We may update the app and these Terms. We will highlight material changes to prices, entitlements, personal information processing, or liability as appropriate and obtain renewed consent before a change where the law requires it. You may stop using the service and manage subscriptions through Apple. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

6. Minors

Minors who are eligible to use the service should read these Terms and use the service with guardian guidance, and avoid submitting unnecessary personal information. The app does not currently provide guardian verification or consent for children.

7. Contact and other terms

For questions about the service, purchases, legacy accounts, or personal information, use Settings → Feedback in the app or email majianning@jiacheng.center. If a provision is held invalid, the rest remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Disputes may be resolved through discussion, complaints, or available legal procedures.
